Dr Rosalie Cull PhD, GAICD – Founder, Managing Director and Principal Consultant
Dr Cull has been involved in the successful development and commercialisation of prescription medicines, novel delivery systems and medical devices for 35 years and has worked for a host of well-known and innovative, Australian, US, European, and NZ companies.
A protein chemist by training, Rosalie’s first degree was in Biochemistry and Microbiology. She also holds a PhD in Biochemistry from LaTrobe University, Melbourne, Australia and has been working in regulatory affairs since 1997. She is Executive Director and Board Chair of Adjutor Healthcare Pty Ltd and Adjutor Healthcare (NZ) Limited, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a former Non-Executive Director of ARCS Ltd and a Foundation Member of the New Zealand Biotechnology Association.
Dr Cull has extensive experience in the biotechnology sector and has helped to develop and commercialise a range of over 50 chemical entities, 30 biological products, biologicals regulated as medicines (such as recombinant proteins), cell therapies and biosimilar products for Australia/NZ, Europe and the USA. She is a “power networker” in the industry with excellent international connections.
Deb Cooper BSc(Hons) GradDip Drug Dev – COO and Senior Consultant
Deb Cooper has extensive experience in regulatory affairs consulting roles, both in Australia and internationally. She has spent a large proportion of her career in multinational innovator companies in Australia and the UK and in senior project management roles in Australian and international consultancies. Deb also spent more than 5 years leading the regulatory affairs, medical devices and pharmacovigilance divisions within ARCS Australia Ltd, the Australian industry association for professionals in the therapeutic goods development industry.
Deb has proven project management skills; a very broad local and international industry network; and extensive experience working in close collaboration with government; in combination with an appreciation of commercial drivers.
Deb holds a BSc(Hons) in Industrial Chemistry and a Graduate Diploma in Drug Development, both from the University of New South Wales. She also has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is currently completing a Diploma of Project Management with the Australian Institute of Management, formalising her many years of project management experience.
Carl Camilleri – Manager, BD and Logistics
Mr Camilleri comes from a manufacturing background with News Corporation and the Government Printing Office. He has also successfully managed his own businesses for many years.
